Dementia Friendly Groups
We run two dementia friendly groups, Friday Friends and a Young Onset Dementia Cafe.
We are also able to bring a one off activity into your own groups. This might be a dementia cafe or social group, a care home or a day care centre. Please feel free to get in touch and we can chat about your group and your budget.
Friday Friends
Meets every Friday 1.30 - 3.00 at Grimsargh Village Hall for a brew and some cake, followed by an activity and then a sing song.
We welcome anyone of retirement or over, and we are dementia friendly. Please do get in touch if you would like to know more, or just come along and visit us to see what goes on. £3 per person, carers are welcome to come for free.

Young Onset Dementia Cafe
This new group starts in January, meeting on the third Thursday of each month at Toll Bar Cottage Cafe in Broughton, 5.30 - 7.30.
We will enjoy a simple meal together, spend some time with people who really do get your situation, have a laugh and probably a bit of a sing too.
This group is open to anyone under retirement age and affected by dementia.
No set fee, just 'pay as you feel.'
