£3 per person, carers are welcome to come for free.

1.30 - 3.00pm on the Second Tuesday of each month
Free to attend.
Join us for a table top gardening activity, followed by a brew and cake. Take home whatever you have planted or created.

Young Onset Dementia Cafe
Toll Bar Cottage Cafe, Broughton
5:30 - 7:30pm on the First and Third Thursday of each month.
No fixed fee, 'Pay What You Can.'
Join us for a simple meal, some banter and a feeling that you are amongst friends.
Open to anyone under retirement age affected by dementia.

Music & Movement Mondays
Our Dementia Friendly Singing and Music Group
Grimsargh Village Hall
1:30 - 3:30pm every Monday
£3 per person, carers are welcome to come in for free.
Join in with our inclusive singing and music sessions, all the songs you loved as a teenager and beyond. Dancing might be impossible to resist! Brew and cake included.
Open to anyone affected by dementia and our wider over 60's community.

Dementia Friendly Seated Exercise
11.00 - 1.00pm on the Second and Forth Monday
of each month.
£3 per person, carers are welcome to come for free.
Join in with our fun seated exercise, led by an experienced, dementia friendly tutor. When your exercise class includes fluffy frogs, tambourines and drumsticks, you know it is going to be fun!
Open to anyone affected by dementia and our wider over 60's community.
