Welcome to Rosemary & Time

At Rosemary & Time CIC, we believe a diagnosis of dementia should never define a person or take away their opportunity to enjoy life, make friends and feel part of their community.

We're a local social enterprise providing welcoming, dementia-inclusive groups and activities for people living with dementia, those affected by it and our wider older community.

From singing our hearts out and a little seated exercise to gardening, getting creative, playing games and sharing a good old cuppa, our sessions are about much more than the activities. They're about friendship, laughter, confidence, belonging and having something to look forward to.

We're a friendly bunch who understand that life can change in unexpected ways.
Our groups are a place to meet others who understand, try something new and simply be yourself, without pressure or judgement.

We're not a care service. We're here to help people connect, enjoy life and feel valued for who they are.

At Rosemary & Time, everyone matters, everyone has something to offer and there's always room for another brew and a bit of banter.
